What we do — and don't — hold
- Your documents are read inside your own AI (Claude) account. Your Form 16, bank statements and broker statements never sit on our servers.
- Our servers store only what the service needs: a masked PAN / PAN-hash to bind your key, your questionnaire answers and computed figures, the pre-filled JSON you upload (auto-deleted 30 days after filing or key expiry), payment metadata (no card data), and support messages.
- We never ask for your income-tax portal password, your Aadhaar number, or any OTP.
- We never sell your data. Encryption in transit and at rest; India-region storage.
Your AI provider
Because you use your own AI account, the documents you share in chat are also handled by your AI provider (e.g., Anthropic) under their terms and privacy settings. We recommend reviewing your provider's privacy settings — see our setup guide.
