- Full refund if we can't help. If our questionnaire or the filing process finds your case is outside our supported scope, you get a full refund. The assistant gives you a refund reference code in the chat — quote it to us and we process the refund.
- Not activated? If you never activated your key, request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- After your computation sheet is delivered: no refund, except for a genuine calculation defect on our side that we cannot fix.
- CA review add-on: fully refundable until the review has begun.
- No refund where a key is revoked for misuse (sharing, copying, or extracting our content).
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- We do not guarantee any tax refund, saving, or assessment outcome.
