Terms & Conditions
Version 1.0 · Last Updated: 20 June 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AIITR, a product operated by Axiom Wealth Consultancy. By accessing, purchasing, or using our service, you agree to these Terms. We have written these in plain language to ensure you fully understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Eligibility
To use our service, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. We ask that you provide accurate information and use our platform strictly for lawful purposes.
2. Nature of Service
AIITR is an AI-assisted, self-service platform designed to help you prepare your income-tax return. We guide you through structured questionnaires, workflows, computations, and filing instructions. However, we do not file or submit returns for you, nor do we act as your Chartered Accountant, tax consultant, advocate, or authorised representative. The final responsibility for your tax return always rests with you.
3. User Responsibility
You carry the sole responsibility for making sure the information you provide is accurate and complete. It is up to you to select the correct return type and carefully review all figures, calculations, disclosures, and portal entries before you finally submit your return. Please take the time to independently verify everything before relying on it or sending it to the tax authorities. You are strictly prohibited from using AIITR to facilitate any form of tax evasion, fraud, or intentional misrepresentation. We accept zero liability for any penalties, legal actions, or consequences resulting from such activities or from any inaccurate information you provide.
4. Return Type Recommendations
If we suggest a particular type of tax return for you, that recommendation is based entirely on the details you have shared with us. These suggestions are indicative guides. You remain completely responsible for making the final choice and filing the correct return for your situation.
5. Supported and Unsupported Scenarios
We outline exactly what we can and cannot help with in our Service Scope document. If we realise your tax situation falls outside what we support, we may have to refuse, pause, or end our assistance to ensure you get the right kind of help elsewhere.
6. License Grant
Once your payment is successful, we grant you a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use our platform. This license is personal to you and cannot be transferred. It covers a single Permanent Account Number (PAN), for one assessment year, to file one return. Please note that this allows you to use the service, but it does not transfer any of our ownership rights to you.
7. License Restrictions
We ask that you respect our work by not sharing, redistributing, selling, publishing, or sublicensing the prompts or workflows you purchase. You may not copy our materials for commercial use, nor can you stretch a single purchase across multiple PANs or different assessment years. Using our platform to build a competing product is strictly prohibited. If these rules are broken, we may terminate your access immediately without offering a refund.
8. Third-Party Services
Our platform relies on several outside tools to work smoothly, including Claude, other Anthropic services, browser integrations, the official Income Tax Portal, and general internet connectivity. While we build our service to work reliably with these, we cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability or continued compatibility of any third-party service.
9. Optional Automation Features
We may offer certain optional features that can help automatically fill in data on the tax portal using compatible third-party tools. Even if you use these features, you must review every single entry they populate. We will never submit a tax return on your behalf; clicking the final submission button is always your responsibility.
10. Expert Discussion Sessions
If you choose to purchase an Expert Discussion Session, please understand this is a separate service where Axiom simply facilitates the meeting. Having this discussion does not create a formal Chartered Accountant-client relationship, a legal advisor relationship, or an authorised representative arrangement, nor does it mean we are taking you on for ongoing advisory work.
11. Fees and Pricing
We believe in transparency, so all our prices are clearly shown before you decide to buy. We may update our pricing from time to time without advance notice, but any changes will never affect a purchase you have already completed.
12. Service Delivery
We consider our service delivered the moment you are given access to or can download the workflow materials you purchased. This delivery is complete regardless of whether you successfully file your return, the outcome of any tax refund, how well third-party platforms perform, or whether the government portal is online.
13. Refunds
Any request for a refund is handled exclusively under the terms of our Refund Policy. We do not guarantee refunds by default, and all decisions are made following a careful review process based on that policy.
14. Intellectual Property
Everything we have built—including our content, workflows, prompts, documents, instructions, software, and designs—remains the exclusive property of Axiom Wealth Consultancy. Using our service does not transfer any of these ownership rights to you.
15. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we suspect fraud, if you initiate a chargeback, or if you violate our license restrictions. We may also take action in cases of abuse, unlawful activity, or if we detect our service being used across multiple PANs on a single license. If we have to terminate your access for these reasons, we will not provide a refund.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
We provide AIITR on an "as is" and "as available" basis. This means we do not offer any formal warranties regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, fitness for a specific purpose, or uninterrupted operation of the platform. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee specific tax outcomes, refund results, or that the tax portal will accept your return without issue.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Axiom cannot be held liable for any tax demands, penalties, interest, assessments, or official notices you might receive. We are also not responsible for any loss of profits, business setbacks, or other indirect, consequential, and special damages. If a claim does arise, our maximum total liability will never exceed the specific amount you paid us for the service in question.
18. Indemnity
By using our service, you agree to protect and hold harmless Axiom Wealth Consultancy and our team from any claims or issues that happen because you provided inaccurate information, misused the platform, broke the law, or violated these Terms.
19. Force Majeure
Sometimes things happen that are entirely out of our control. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failures caused by government actions, internet outages, cyber incidents, tax portal downtime, natural disasters, power cuts, or issues with third-party services.
20. Modifications
As our platform grows and the tax landscape shifts, we may need to update our services, workflows, supported scenarios, pricing, or these Terms. We can make these changes at any time, and by continuing to use the service, you accept the updated terms.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If any legal dispute arises, it must be handled exclusively by the courts located in Nadiad, Gujarat.
22. Contact
